Aditya Kshirsagar founded Sylvaris after a decade in corporate communication work with consumer technology companies and start-ups. He is a researcher, studies counselling psychology, and teaches meditation and Media Studies.
About Sylvaris
The difference
An aptitude test asks what you can do. Sylvaris asks what you notice about how you live and work.
Aptitude assessments vary, and both can be useful; they ask different questions. Sylvaris looks at what seems to engage you, what repeatedly costs you effort, and what could change without changing your profession.
By energy, we mean the experience of engagement, effort, and depletion, not a score or a verdict.

Before you begin
Who can work with Sylvaris?
Guidance is available from age 13. Everyone begins with a free 30-minute conversation with Aditya. If the Test is right for you, he arranges a separate live session, online or in person. For anyone under 18, parent or guardian consent is required before the Test.
Can I start the Test now?
No. Schedule a free 30-minute conversation first. If the Test is right for you, Aditya arranges a separate live session with you, online or in person.
Will it tell me what career to choose?
No. Your Portrait is a way of looking at patterns in your responses, not a verdict about who you are.
What does the guided Test cost?
Rs 7,000 online or in person. It includes a reviewed Portrait, a seven-day practice, 12 hours of follow-up support over six months, and Verandah membership.
Is WhatsApp included in the 12 hours?
Yes. Calls and substantial WhatsApp exchanges both count toward your 12 hours of follow-up support, logged in 15-minute increments. Two hours become available each month, and unused time rolls forward within the six months. It is not unlimited messaging or 24-hour access.
