Praise and competence are real. So is the possibility that the work no longer fits the person doing it.

You may do the job well, receive recognition and still feel flat when the work is done. That does not make the success false, and it does not mean you should leave tomorrow.
It may mean that the things you are rewarded for and the things you want to spend your energy on have moved apart.
Look closer
Notice which tasks draw you in and which you complete mainly because you can. Ask whether the strain is in the work itself, the setting around it, or an identity you have outgrown.
Changing priorities can be quiet. Sometimes the next step is a different boundary or team; sometimes it is a more substantial move. Understanding the difference takes more than a job title.

What the usual answer misses
Aptitude can describe something you do well. It cannot tell you whether that work feels meaningful now or what conditions allow you to do it without depletion.
Sylvaris does not infer a perfect profession, diagnose unhappiness or turn a personality pattern into an instruction.
The Sylvaris approach
Begin with a free conversation with Aditya. If useful, the guided Sylvaris Test brings self-reported interests, personality, thinking preferences and coherence into a Portrait you can question and use.
The seven-day practice gives you a small way to notice your pattern in ordinary life before making a larger decision.
Settle · Observe · Choose
Meet Aditya for 30 minutes, free. The Test is arranged separately only if it fits your question.
Meet live, online or in person. Notice interests, personality, thinking preferences and work or life patterns without reducing them to one score.
Consider a personal report, a seven-day practice and follow-up conversation. The Portrait is an invitation to reflect, not a verdict.
An honest boundary
Sylvaris does not diagnose, promise a perfect career match or tell you there is one correct path. Its combination of measures is new and has not been independently validated. Assessment supports understanding; the choice remains yours.
Not necessarily. Workload, leadership, circumstances and changing priorities can matter as much as the profession.
We do not recommend a decision from a page or a score. The first step is to understand what is changing.
The Test is currently guided. Start with the free 30-minute conversation; Aditya arranges a separate session if appropriate.
